BIO
My passion for researching diabetes in pregnancy started during my undergraduate degree in Food & Nutrition.
In 2017 the ESRC awarded me a scholarship to undertake this vital research in collaboration with the baby loss charity, Sands.
In 2018, I was awarded a distinction for my work on the MSc Social Science and Health Research training programme. I also won two prizes - the Miller prize for the best overall performance in the faculty research masters modules and best overall public health student for 2017-18.
